Tandoori Chicken Recipes

Tandoori chicken is a dish originating in the Indian subcontinent. Tandoori chicken is most popular in India, Indonesia, Middle East, Malaysia and Singapore. This dish is consists of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices.




INGREDIENTS                                    

  • Chicken                                                2 kg                                       
  • Yogurt                                                  200 grams
  • Ginjer and Garlic paste                     3 tablespoon 
  • Red chili powder                               1 tablespoon
  • Salt                                                      As Per need
  • Cumin seeds powder                       1/2 tablespoon
  • Ground warm spices                        1/2 tablespoon 
  • Lemon juice                                       of 2 small lemons

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put all pieces in a bowl

2. mix all ingredients 
3. keep the bowl  in the fridge approximately 1 hour 
4. heat up the Tandoor (gas tandoor OR electric tandoor) 
5. put the pieces on it and wait until its ready


SERVING
You can serve it with Naan, Raita and Salad...
