Tandoori chicken is a dish originating in the Indian subcontinent. Tandoori chicken is most popular in India, Indonesia, Middle East, Malaysia and Singapore. This dish is consists of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken 2 kg
- Yogurt 200 grams
- Ginjer and Garlic paste 3 tablespoon
- Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt As Per need
- Cumin seeds powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Ground warm spices 1/2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice of 2 small lemons
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put all pieces in a bowl
2. mix all ingredients
3. keep the bowl in the fridge approximately 1 hour
4. heat up the Tandoor (gas tandoor OR electric tandoor)
5. put the pieces on it and wait until its ready
SERVING
You can serve it with Naan, Raita and Salad...

- Chicken 1.75 kg
- Rice 1 kg
- 6 Tomatoes
- Ginger and garlic paste 2 table spoon
- 1 tea spoon food color
- Salt (As per taste)
- Oil
- Biryani Masala
- Yogurt
- Cloves
- Green cardamom
- Green chilies - coriander leaf - lemon
- Biryani essence
Instructions
- Take a pan and put oil when oil is heated
- Put the chicken on heated oil
- Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 10 minutes
- Add biryani masala grind yogurt'fried onion and tomatoes and put in the pan and fry till tender
- Boil rice with cloves, green cardamom, cumin seeds, and black whole pepper when it is 3/4 boiled
- Add the chicken mixture and add biryani colour and mix it
- cut the green chilies, lemon, mint leaf's, coriander leaf's and put on the rice and cover for 30 minutes on a low heat after 30 minutes.

Egg = Quantity (3)
Carrot = 250 gram
Capsicam = 250 gram
Cabbage = 250 gram
Chopped chilli = 250 gram
Chilli Sauce
Soya Sauce
Vinegar
Black Peppar
Oil
Instructions:
1) All vegetables sizzling cut and wash out
2) Beat the egg then fry it and chopped
3) take a oil vegetables are saute.
4) take a seperate pot boil the rice with salt
5) add rice with vegetable 10 mints fry
6) add soya suace chilli sauce and vinegar
7) chopped egg and spread the peppar and cover the pot 10 mints
Ready to eat Chinese Rice
Ingredients
½ Kilogram. Beef Pasanday (Filets)
2 table spoon. Unripe Papaya (Grinded)
1 table spoon Ginger (Adrak ka) paste
1 table spoon Garlic (Lehsan ka) paste
1 table spoon. salt (according to taste)
2 table spoon. yogurt
1 table spoon chili (Lal Mirch) powder
1 table spoon. Oil.
Instructions
1. Mix together all the spices, yogurt and papaya and coat the beef with it.
Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.
Then BBQ over charcoal
You can Garnish with onion, ginger, green chilies and lemon.
