Tandoori chicken is a dish originating in the Indian subcontinent. Tandoori chicken is most popular in India, Indonesia, Middle East, Malaysia and Singapore. This dish is consists of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken 2 kg
Yogurt 200 grams
Ginjer and Garlic paste 3 tablespoon
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Salt As Per need
Cumin seeds powder 1/2 tablespoon
Ground warm spices 1/2 tablespoon
Lemon juice of 2 small lemons
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put all pieces in a bowl 2. mix all ingredients 3. keep the bowl in the fridge approximately 1 hour 4. heat up the Tandoor (gas tandoor OR electric tandoor) 5. put the pieces on it and wait until its ready
